Eastern Styria: Description
The region East Styria lies in the southeast of the federal state and comprises the districts Hartberg-Fürstenfeld, Southeast Styria and Weiz. In terms of landscape, Eastern Styria belongs to Central Styria. The region borders Burgenland to the east and Slovenia along the Mur to the south. Viticulture is of particular importance from a cultural point of view.
